These terms govern your use of AgentEye (AgentEye.io), operated by Flow Investment AG, Switzerland. Contact: contact@agenteye.io.

AgentEye provides a free website readability scan and paid Agent Usability Audits. Scores and reports are heuristic assessments based on publicly accessible content. They do not guarantee ranking, citation, or successful use by any AI system.

You may only submit URLs you are authorised to test. Do not use the service to probe systems without permission, to overload infrastructure, or to submit unlawful content. We may refuse or terminate service for abuse.

Agent Test and audit packages are fulfilled manually unless otherwise agreed. Prices shown on the website are indicative; scope and delivery are confirmed in writing before work begins. Payment terms are agreed per order.

The website, branding and tooling remain the property of Flow Investment AG. Report outputs for your own domains may be shared at your discretion. Sample materials and methodology remain our property.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Flow Investment AG is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Place of jurisdiction is Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
